Our personal training can be tailored to meet just about any fitness goal in our studio, home, office, beach or park. In addition to personal training, you can purchase nutritional and weight loss counseling, along with supplements, to assist you with reaching your optimal fitness goals.

If are having a difficult time sticking with a fitness program or aren't seeing the results you would like, an Encinitas Fitness personal trainer is what you need. Every personal trainer specializes in motivation, behavior modification, goal setting, tracking, and especially incorporating exercises to meet your needs all while driving you to be in the best physical and mental shape of your life.

Prices

Initial Consultation

First 15 minutes is complimentary.

45 minute session

$75 for single session

$70 a session when 2-7 sessions are purchased

$65 a session when 8 or more sessions are purchased.

1 hour session

$85 for single session

$80 a session when 2-7 sessions are purchased

$75 a session when 8 or more sessions are purchased.

These prices are for Studio training. For in home training add $10-$20 to account for travel.

Corporate and group rates are available upon request.

Encinitas Fitness Expectations

  1. Expect yourself to surpass your physical goals.
  2. During class or personal training, tune out your negative voice and  tune into your positive voice, allowing yourself to reach new limits of  fitness.
  3. Please call  if you are going to miss or be late to a class or personal training  session. You will be charged if you do not give 24 hour notice for your missed appointment. There are no refunds.

What to Bring
  1. Please bring a towel and water bottle or a sports drink.
  2. Wear sunscreen. 
  3. It is important that you have some type of goal that you are working  towards.  This will help with your  class attendance and motivation.

What to Expect
  1. To feel better physicallyand mentally than you have in a long time
  2. At the beginning of each month, you will perform a fitness test  that will consist of running or walking and a timed minute of each:   push-ups, crunches and hurdles.
  3. During the training expect for it to take about three weeks  to notice results and about four weeks for others to notice.  You may first  notice that your pants fit looser prior to noticing a difference on the scale  as your body changes out fat with muscle tone.  
  4. You will get quicker results by eating cleaner and healthier foods. Feed your body rather than your emotions by consuming only the  amount of calories you need (roughly between 1,300-2,250) along with exercising most days of  the week.  Expect to make  permanent changes in your life.
