Body Blast Boot Camp classes are created to empower you to feel stronger mentally and physically through rigorous exercise routines that will challenge your mind and body, while your spirit enjoys the beauty of Moonlight Beach. Workouts consist of warm up, interval training, obstacle courses, resistance, circuit training, stairs, weights, hills, stretching and cool down.
Classes are designed work your entire body to give better balance, coordination, and muscle strength, in order to give you the results that you have been waiting for.
Measurements, weight, and before and after pictures are done at the first and last class of each session. Nutritional counseling (daily menus, recipes, shopping lists, and food journaling) can also be included for an additional price.

Body Blast Boot Camp for Moms 2x a week
8:00-9:00 am WF @ Moonlight Beach This class was created to show moms that we can get our bodies back through core strengthening, posture manipulation, integrated work outs, and nutritional guidance. With the physical results, endurance and well being will soar. (Click Here for Flyer)
Youth Fitness and Nutrition Challenge Children and teens that are feeling down about their weight, need to no longer. Children and teens will receive body blast work out sessions, encouragement, motivation, and the education that is needed to ensure that their self perception is improved and that results are seen.

Encinitas Fitness Expectations
Expect yourself to surpass your physical goals.
During class or personal training, tune out your negative voice and tune into your positive voice, allowing yourself to reach new limits of fitness.
It is your responsibility to make up missed classes during the session.
Please call if you are going to miss or be late to a class or personal training session. You will be charged if you do not give 24 hour notice for your missed appointment. There are no refunds.
What to Bring
Please bring a towel, a pair of dumbbells, and water or a sports drink.
The ability to have a positive attitude.
Wear sunscreen.
If it is cold or rainy, dress in layers.
It is important that you have some type of goal that you are working towards. This will help with your class attendance and motivation.
What to Expect
Your measurements will be done on the first and last class or personal training session of each month. You will also perform a fitness test that will consist of running or walking and a timed minute of each: push-ups, crunches and hurdles.
During the classes and training expect for it to take about three weeks to notice results. You may first notice that your pants fit looser prior to noticing a difference on the scale as your body changes out fat with muscle tone.
You will get quicker results by eating healthier and consuming only the amount of calories you need (1,200-2,250) along with exercising most days of the week. Expect to make permanent changes in your life.
